I'm Johanna Fagerstedt. I help B2B SaaS founders and leadership teams build a commercial operating system where Sales, Product and Marketing work as one. I call it Sparketing.
My career has been spent helping B2B SaaS companies scale internationally. Before starting Sparketing, I worked as a management consultant, served on several boards, and spent more than a decade building and scaling two of Europe's leading B2B SaaS companies.
I joined Quinyx when it was a small startup and spent nine years helping scale the business internationally. We grew to more than 400 people, launched into Germany and the US, raised $50M, completed two acquisitions, and built an international marketing team of 30. Along the way, Quinyx was recognized by Gartner and Forrester as one of the world's leading Workforce Management platforms.
At Mentimeter, I rebuilt the marketing organization, helped evolve the business from PLG to PLG + Enterprise, launched a new brand, and built a Revenue Trio where Sales, Product and Marketing worked as one. One revenue team. One revenue conversation. Today, I advise founders and executive teams, work as a Fractional CMO, speak about AI-native growth, and serve on the board of Lime Technologies.
Sales, Product and Marketing all want the same thing: happy customers and sustainable growth.
But they're often measured differently, plan differently and prioritize differently.
Sparketing changes that.
I work with founders and leadership teams to align Sales, Product and Marketing around one customer, one plan and one revenue goal. Sometimes that's strategy. More often, it's changing how the company works.
I bring the perspective of someone who's spent 13 years building and scaling B2B SaaS companies. I ask the commercial questions, challenge assumptions, and help leadership teams make better decisions.
Sometimes a company doesn't need another strategy. It needs someone to build the commercial engine, lead the team, and make change happen. That's where I come in.
Tell me what's on your mind. What's not working? Where is the business losing momentum? Or maybe you just need a second opinion or someone to challenge your thinking. We'll take it from there.
